Coaching options

Option one -

 £49 / month

​​Initial consultation via phone or    email to establish current fitness    level, training, training availability, seasons goals etc.

 

I will provide a bespoke training   

programme using FinalSurge based on the initial consultation. 

 

Integrated strength training 

 

Unlimited WhatsApp or phone call to review progress and/or make adaptations to the plan.

Regular correspondence and  support via Finalsurge platform

Option 2   
£150 personalised event plan

Get a completely tailored training plan designed to guide you towards your specific gail race or event. This plan is designed for you if you want expert guidance without the regular interaction, allowing you to train independently with confidence your are on the right plan.
The plan includes:

Initial Consultation: Made via phone, video call or email to discuss your current training and goal planning.

A tailored Training Plan: The plan will be designed to fit around your lifestyle and abilities.

Weekly check-in: Contact via phone, email or video call. We will discuss your progress and make plan adjustments if required.  


Access to Finalsurge training platform: An online platform and app to see your planned sessions, track your progress, provide feedback and exchange messages. 

Post event review: A review to reflect on the training and race experience with a guide to help you plan your next steps. 

 

Option 3

In Person Session

An in person session based entirely on your requirements. The session can be used  for;

- Running technique

- Speedwork

- Hill training

- Pacing for training and racing

- Trail running

- Head torch running

Option 4

£100 10 week speed plan

A 10 week personalised speed work plan is aimed at runners with at least 6 months consistent training behind them who are looking to get faster. 

​

The plan is aimed for runners who:​

​

- Have never done speedwork (or not performed speedwork in the past 4 months)

- Ran within their comfort zone for a long time or reached a PB plateau​

​

The plan includes:

-Initial consultation and another between weeks 4 and 6

-Unlimited coaching via Whatsapp

-Workout feedback from me via Finalsurge platform and plan adjustments if needed .

-3 weeks introduction to speedwork followed by 7 weeks of periodised speedwork
